We made a hazy crusher that is dedicated to our favorite hops that play well across so many styles of beer. What resulted is our newest IPA, Multimodal, that uses a blend of Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe. The aroma leans West Coast with dank citrus groves in abundance, but also lush and lively with a centered bitterness. The hop repertoire fits somewhere in the middle between the modern IPAs of today, and we’re more than ok with that!
