This wine is a blend of 50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Petit Verdot. A drover is a person who drives cattle or sheep to market. When the winery renovated the Daily Drover Telegram building, this blend was created. This wine is aged 18 months in American White Oak barrels manufactured nearby in Missouri. Dark fruit flavors are followed by notes of spice and smooth tannin on the finish.
