We’re bringing you another rendition of Levels, which is an IPA that we use to experiment with hops that play well with one of our favorites, CITRA! This time we added a substantial amount of Luminosa, which is an Oregon-grown variety from the folks Indie Hops. This is one of the newer hops that has been publicly released over the last few years and it boasts a unique breeding history with lineage to Sorachi Ace. In this iteration of Levels we notice an extra layer of citrus peel, dank peaches, sweet papaya, and pineapple fruit cups. We now see the light!
